Carlos Nervaes was our sales rep. He provided the best service I've seen at a car dealer in a long time. He was very courteous, upfront and did his best to resolve all issues and make sure we were completely happy with our new truck. Carlos was always sincere, helpful and never had any 'attitude' with us. I went to 3 other Chevy dealers in Orlando (including Carl Black where I bought my last GMC Truck) before going to Starling. Carlos' service is definitely way above the other sales reps at other dealers. Service is what set Carlos and Starling apart from the other dealers. I will definitely recommend family/friends to see Carlos about a new Chevy.

The staff at Starling was wonderful. I ended up ordering a vehicle with the options that I wanted due to not being able to locate one that had the options I wanted. Jack and Kim were both very helpful and accomodating throughout this whole process and understood the fact that I had had a bad experience with another local Chevy dealer and intially was not interested in looking at the Chevy again. I was on vacation in Florida and had a problem with my vehicle. I found the dealer in the phone book, and headed over there for service. I didn't have an appointment and the service department took my vehicle in the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my vehicle. It only cost me one day of my vacation. That was outstanding service that saved my vacation. Also, the dealership took me and my friends to a local mall, so we could get something to eat, and not have to wait in the waiting room all day. Then they called me when my truck was repaired, and picked me up at the mall. Once again they helped me make the best out of a bad situation.

Prior to visiting the dealership, I had an awful experience at Courtesy Chevy on 50 and it was because of Carlos and Tony that my faith was restored in the sale of the GM brand. Noel greeted me and took very good care of me. My husband passed away in Nov.2010 so this was a new experience for me. I was able to wait for the car and was pleasantly surprised to see that they were able to take the paint spots off the car where I had run into the garage. I love the Onstar on my car since I get lost easily and it has enabled me to beome more independent. A friend of ours from IN had my car serviced there when my husband was ill and highly recommended that I always go there. Thank you and I'll be back as I can. I was unable to figure out the first survey sent. It has also been hard for me to include Starling as my dealer on the Onstar forms. I would appreciate any advice you can give me on those issues.
